Our next ‘Introduction to Twitter’ training sessions take place on 24th September and 12th November at Reflection PR’s office, just opposite Norwich train station.
These half day sessions (9.15am to 12.30pm) cover everything businesses need to know about getting the most out of Twitter.
With an informal, relaxed atmosphere, attendees will also benefit from meeting other businesses to share social media advice and experiences.
Our training uses best-practice case studies, group discussion and practical hands-on learning to equip you with the skills and knowledge to help you use Twitter effectively for your brand.
Including: • How to build your Twitter profile – practical tips, understanding the functions, settings and ‘lingo’! • Communicating brand personality • Posting content – what (and what not) to Tweet • Engagement and Twitter etiquette • Attracting and building a following • Supporting your sales process
