Entrepreneur lends helping hand to businesses
in News
Following an increase in public distrust in the banks, Norfolk entrepreneur, Simon Gray has lent £1 million to help businesses grow over the past 18 months.
Credo Capital Finance, the financial arm of Credo Asset Finance, has lent £1million of its own money to help struggling businesses stay afloat – often after being refused finance by other lenders.
Simon, who has similar values to David Fishwick, star of the popular Channel 4 TV show ‘Bank of Dave’, lends money on trust and instinct without purely relying on credit searches.
With increasing negative reports about the banking industry, more people are losing faith, but Simon is determined to gain their support and works hard to secure funding.
Credo Asset Finance has also launched a new service called ‘Agreed Finance’ helping car dealerships across the UK secure finance for their business customers as he estimates £25,000 worth of deals are lost per year through costly finance deals.
As a PR agency we know how important reputation is. Unfortunately for the banks, they have attracted a lot of negative attention lately which has affected the way people perceive them. Ultimately, this consumer confidence is making customers go elsewhere. Just goes to show how valuable a good reputation is.
