A revolutionary new packaging product for the cosmetics and personal care industry is launched by Norfolk-based Vetroplas.
Vetroplas, suppliers of premium packaging for the cosmetics and personal care industry across the UK and Ireland, is delighted to be the first to launch a range of tubes using new in-mould labelling technology.
Vetroplas’ exclusive Franco-Spanish tube manufacturing partner, CTL / Tuboplast, has spent the past three years perfecting the process, enabling Vetroplas to be the first to offer the unique Easy Supply Tube (EST) in the UK, previously only available to CTL’s customer base in the United States.
Simon Dix, sales director for Vetroplas, comments:
“Now produced at the Spanish factory, the EST tubes are manufactured using a revolutionary new technique of in mould labelling, providing a compelling solution for our customers. The product offers highly decorative tubes with the added luxury of having the whole sleeve covered from the seal to the cap – the difference being the decoration is on the label, not the tube sleeve itself.”
High detail can be easily achieved with these innovative tubes including: metallic effects, a combination of matt and gloss finishes, and photographic CMYK images.
“An additional benefit of the EST tubes is a shorter lead time, as only labels need to be printed and held in stock for future tube production,” continues Simon.
The EST tube sleeves are produced in Polypropylene (PP), matching the cap material.
Furthermore, EVOH can be added to enhance barrier properties.
