Actor-led training increases customer satisfaction
in News
We’ve recently worked with Louise Shepherd, a training and management consultant to shout about her refreshingly different approach to staff training.
Louise was appointed by Origin Housing to roll out training to improve its service to tenants. Using West End trained actors to act out real-life situations, Louise ensures her courses engage staff and delivers real impact.
For those of you that have been on customer service training before, you may have found it dull and uninspiring, but this is something Louise wants to change.
And it is working, as she received a really good response from course delegates as well as boosting Origin Housing’s customer satisfaction scores by an impressive 12%.
Louise approached us as she needed a PR agency to tell the media about her success and to let people know of the different types of training out there.
We told her story to the housing and HR press and as a result, online PR coverage has made Louise famous in 24 Dash, Housingnet, Housing News and Housing Excellence with features soon appearing in HR magazines.
We’ve really enjoyed working with Louise as she offers an original style of training to boost results in the housing association, charity and public sector.
