Suzy has been helping brands to build their reputation for over 20 years. With a love of storytelling from an early age, she launched Reflection PR in 2009.
CIM and CIPR qualified, her career initially began in managing marketing in the leisure and tourism sector before specialising in PR at a leading PR agency in Cambridge. Returning to Norfolk, Suzy worked her way up to head of marketing and communications for the UK’s largest social housing provider and set up Reflection PR in 2009.
Suzy oversees all client’s strategies and her experience includes:
- Gaining national coverage in Conde Nast Traveller, The Sunday Times, House & Garden, Tatler, Town & Country, Harpers Bazaar, Discover Britain, and The Times magazine
- Managing international press trips to Dubrovnik to publicise Croatia’s largest hotel group’s refurbished luxury hotel
- Managing press trips to luxury holiday properties in North Norfolk
- Working with travel influencers to create strong content
- Launching luxury holiday properties for Wolterton Park, a historic stately home – driving website visits and sales. And securing inclusion in media including Tatler’s ‘101 best places to stay in the world’ feature
- Advising on award entries
- Launching luxury weddings at Wolterton Park – securing inclusion in Tatler’s Wedding Guide’s – as one of the most opulent honeymoon suites
- Increasing visitor numbers for a major tourist attraction in North Norfolk
- Providing strategic counsel and issues management for a tourism attraction.
Outside of work, her energetic Beagle keeps her on her toes as well as her two young children – Ava and Jude.
With a passion for travel, Suzy has family living in Italy and Australia giving her the perfect excuse to escape!
